We’re bringing a bounty of fresh greens to Chesterton’s European Market this Saturday, July 25th! Here’s what’s growing on our farm this week:

This Week’s Microgreens:
Broccoli, radish, sunflower, pea shoots, wasabi mustard, kohlrabi, red cabbage, beet, arugula, and spicy mustard.

Salad Mixes:

  • Sunshine Salad: broccoli, pea, sunflower

  • Spicy Salad: radish, broccoli, wasabi mustard, red cabbage

  • Rainbow Salad: broccoli, radish, red cabbage, beet

  • Zesty Garden: broccoli, arugula, sunflower, red cabbage

Farm Fresh Eggs
Come get the freshest eggs in town—straight from our happy hens! Our colorful eggs are laid by beloved pet chickens who roam freely on pasture, scratch in the dirt, and enjoy a natural, varied diet. This healthy lifestyle gives their yolks a deep, golden-orange color and rich flavor that store-bought eggs just can't match. You’ll find shells in beautiful shades of white, cream, brown, green, and even blue

We also have Microgreen Powder
Packed with nutrients, our microgreen powder is made from slow-dehydrated microgreens to preserve 95–97% of their original nutrients. Just ½ teaspoon equals up to 4 ounces of fresh microgreens! Add it to smoothies, soups, eggs, or dressings for an easy, concentrated boost of vitamins and flavor—no chopping required.

Want to make sure you get exactly what you want? We accept presales via Venmo and will hold your greens for easy pickup on Saturday. If you’d like a custom mix, let us know by Thursday at 5 PM, and we’ll prep it just for you!
